01/ WHAT IT IS

The format.

AMP is a 60-minute coach-led group session built around conditioning, cardio, and capacity. Expect rowers, bikes, sleds, dumbbells, and your own bodyweight working in intervals that move fast and hit hard.

Every class is scaled so beginners can finish strong and advanced athletes can leave with their hands on their knees.

Typical class

  • 10 min — dynamic warm-up & movement prep
  • 10 min — strength or power primer
  • 30 min — main conditioning piece (intervals, EMOMs, AMRAPs)
  • 10 min — cooldown & mobility
