What to expect.

Your free intro

A no-pressure 30–45 minute session. Here's how it goes:

  1. Tour the gym. See the space, the equipment, and the rig you'll be training under.
  2. Meet a coach. Talk through your goals, your training history, anything you want us to know.
  3. Move a little. If you're up for it, we'll walk you through a sample workout so you can feel what a class is like.
  4. Find your path. Group classes, personal training, online coaching — we'll talk through what fits.

What to bring

  • Workout clothes
  • Supportive athletic shoes (flat-soled if you have them)
  • Water bottle
