Personal Training at Detour means one of our coaches owns your progress with you. We assess where you are, define where you want to go, and write the plan that gets you there — then we show up to coach the work.

This isn't a generic template handed to ten different members. Every set, every load, every rest interval is built around your body, your history, and your goals.
