01/ WHAT IT IS

Race-specific. Race-day ready.

We're an Official HYROX Training Club, which means our coaches and programming are recognized by HYROX as race-quality preparation.

You'll train every station — ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls — at the volumes and intensities the race demands.

What you'll work on

  • Running between stations under fatigue
  • Sled mechanics, pacing, and grip endurance
  • Wall ball volume and rhythm
  • Race-day strategy and transitions
02/ WHO IT'S FOR

Whether it's your first race or your fifth.

Beginners learn the stations and build the base. Returning racers sharpen splits, fix weak points, and aim at PRs. Whether you're targeting Singles, Doubles, or Relay — and whether your goal is to finish or to podium — this is the room for it.

Pair with AMP for extra conditioning or Built for the strength underpinning sleds and lunges.
