Open Gym is unstructured training time with full access to the facility. Bring your own program, follow our posted workout of the day, work on skills, lift heavy, or just put in some quiet conditioning work.

What's available

  • Full rig with pull-up bars and rings
  • Squat racks, platforms, full barbell sets
  • Rowers, bikes, ski ergs, sleds
  • Dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, wall balls

Open Gym is for self-directed athletes — Blueprint360 clients, weightlifters running their own cycle, members making up a missed class, or anyone who wants the gear without the group format.
